The press media "Hong Kong Oriental Daily news" 7-21-2006 reported that:-

What they would do, as reported in the press, is to catogarize the "hardwares" into 3 gradings.
Grade A --- to be "cleared/inspected" once a month;
Grade B --- to be "cleared/inspected" twice a month; and
Grade C --- to be cleared/inspected" 5 times a month.
But the ko-authority would not tell which "hardwares" are under Cat:C and they never tell when this ACTION would come to a halt.
