I'm not a medical professional, but I tend to be more cautious.  Listen to this story: years ago an American girl sued her boyfriend because she believed she got HIV from her boyfriend.  Before they made love, the boyfriend cleaned his teeth with floss and bled his gum.  And before long she was disgnosed with HIV.   As some brothers said here, you don't know what the girl did earlier.  Better safe than be sorry.  Good luck la....
