I think it would be the quietest in summer time, when windows closed and air-conditioning on.

phantomman兄...其實採C都係只得近街個兩間房環境最好(好似3同5號):th_up:...其餘都通頂房好鬼嘈...不過有時偷聽o下隔離房做乜都幾得意...
