However, there r some other pts that needs to be addressed
Take
mm SN as an example, no matter what's available, the 'put off' ratio is so high that under normal circumstances, not that many bro will have the desire for any other services..
As for the reply / BW thing, IMHO the # of SN covered here is kinda centralised, not that I'm complaining. Take Man1xx , it mostly covers CPKs. So unless the 'report' is associated with that particular area/zone, it's not 'hot' and members will not be involved about any dicussions.
