Let me tell you my experience in Singapore. The girls can do proper massage, but equally happy to give you a hj.  Altogether cost between SGD 100 - SGD150 and thats the equivalent of HKD 470 to HKD700.  No playing with sister.  So here you are.  Hongkong is so much cheaper !!
