This is an easy question for most of us.  I would say 'NO' unless she's limited to hj.   Remember the movie 'Pretty Woman'?  You can only find that sort of thing in movie - its fantasy.  However to the brother who raised this question and if he's romantically involved, I would suggest he thinks very very carefully.   Reality and a harsh society should lead him to say 'NO'.
