The easiest is to ask taxi driver for the best sauna.  Or even hotel concierge.  They're very open about this business.

I don't know if 'Mona Lisa' is still around.   Big bill board in the main street.  Easy to find.  Some 10 years ago it was one of the best.  Cost between 3,000 - 4,000 THB.  Very high quality.
