A very unhappy report, I have such experience in other big shop, my decision is boycott this type / shops.
Brother don't give up, go to another good shop to enjoy your meal.

Absolutely correct ! I have such experience in 海燕, if you need to open BIG, go there, otherwise, go to another place (more suitable & enjoyable) !
