Rent is THE main problem I think.Actually this is a serious problem troubling Hongkong.
No matter how good your business is,if the site owner increases the monthly rent say by 30% or 50%,then you might well forget to carry on running it.A friend who used to run a small toy shop in Mongkong had to shut it down due to this problem(original rent=80K/month,new rent=13K!!!,a VERY small shop!!!).
This problem is just not affecting sauna,but every retailing business in Hongkong.
A bad cycle indeed.
Just my personal opinion,sorry in advance if I have said anything offending anyone.

200% agree.
This is the reason why Hongkong is going down hill,the mainland will overcome HK one day,and such day will not be far.People are too busy playing with stock options,'frying flats',no export=no foreign money coming in,just like 4 people playing Marjong,'dead money' always.
