Actually I think Blue Sky is ok.
2 type of services: BM $8xx, FULL $10XX. Of course cannot compare with China or Macau, consider I don't have 5 hours to spend crossing the harbour, this place is reasonable for a location like that (centre in CWB).
General service is ok, the place is ok, waiters/managers attitude are good.
Only bad thing is the exclusive elevator is facing the building lobby, people CAN see you are going up to the sauna easily!!!
