去過一次兩個鐘代支$100.第二次去mark番同一個囡囡，去見到我就問：你係唔係上次代支$100嗰個？我話係。佢話呢度代支起碼$100一個鐘！重比面色我睇。我發誓唔會再去。

I had exactly the same experience even before it was closed down in 2007(I remember seeing FA cup final Chelsea V Man U there).The BG didnt ask me but the lady at front desk did(not the cashier but another lady in formal outfit).

I also paid $100 tips for 2 hours wor, but seldom to call same BG.

If really ask $200, I will never go la, as it is not worth to pay $200, remembered it is just 100% normal bone, and no any special and all BG are quite old...
Go there just because of relax, so, to me max $150,...
