同意 , 一雞死一雞鳴 , 不過香港娛樂場所營商環境一雞死難以一雞再鳴.

Yeah,yeah,with the rent going to an un-believe-able level,no bussiness would survive EXCEPT the HK jockey club and drug dealing.
Even some banks are cutting down their retailing shops.
